SEC. 57.105.6.18. HELIPORT.

An Operational Permit is required to engage in the business of operating a heliport. A heliport is an area of land, water, or structure used or intended to be used for the landing and takeoff of helicopters (excluding “emergency use only” heliports). EXCEPTION: Heliports used only as emergency helicopter landing facilities on high-rise buildings, as required by the Fire Department.
