SEC. 57.105.6.32. SPECIAL SCHOOL.

An Operational Permit is required to engage in the business of special school. A special school is any building, premises, or portion thereof used for education, training, or instruction of more than six students, 16 years of age or under, for more than eight hours per week. Examples include dance, ballet schools, etc.
