SEC. 57.121.3.1. BUSINESS PLANS SHALL INCLUDE.

(Title and Section Amended by Ord. No. 188,414, Eff. 11/8/24.) Business plan shall include, but not be limited to, business activities information, facility owner or operator information, hazardous materials inventory, annotated site map(s), emergency response plan, and employee training plan as required by the California Environmental Reporting System.
