Sec. 6.326. Alternate Procedures.

The procedure set forth herein shall be additional or alternative to any procedure established by state law. The election of the City Council to proceed under the provisions of this ordinance shall be expressed in the ordinance of intention of the district to be maintained. SECTION HISTORY Added by Ord.
