Sec. 6.739. Authorization.

The Council may annex territory to an existing Community Taxing District as provided in this Article. The annexed territory need not be contiguous to territory included in the existing Community Taxing District. SECTION HISTORY Added by Ord. No. 177,051, Eff. 11-20-05.
