SEC. 63.118. COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM - OBSTRUCTION.

No person shall put, place or permit to remain any article or thing whatever in such a manner as to obstruct, hinder or interfere with the free access or approach to any city communications box, subject to the jurisdiction of the Department of General Services.
