SEC. 64.70.12. CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION.

(Amended by Ord. No. 183,833, Eff. 10/3/15.) This ordinance shall be construed to assure consistency with the requirements of the Federal Clean Water Act and acts amendatory thereof or supplementary thereto, applicable implementing regulations, and NPDES Permit No. CAS004001 and any amendment, revision or reissuance thereof.
