SEC. 64.70.13. SEVERABILITY.

(Added by Ord. No. 172,176, Eff. 10/1/98.) Should any portion of this ordinance be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder shall continue in effect and shall be interpreted is such manner as to effectuate the objectives set forth in Section 64.70. of this article.
