SEC. 91.1300. GENERAL.

(Amended by Ord. No. 184,692, Eff. 12/30/16.) In order to comply with the purpose of this division, buildings shall be designed to comply with the requirements of Part 6, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, referred to as the California Energy Code.
