SEC. 91.2.100. BASIC PROVISIONS.

(Amended by Ord. No. 188,797, Eff. 12/31/25.) The Los Angeles Existing Building Code adopts by reference portions of the 2025 California Existing Building Code (CEBC). Chapter 1 of the CEBC is not adopted. Article 1, Division 1 of Chapter IX of the Los Angeles Municipal Code is adopted by reference with the following additions and amendments.
