SEC. 93.0105. INTERPRETATION.

(a) If two or more pertinent limitations are not identical, those limitations which provide the greater safety to life and limb, property or public welfare shall prevail. (b) The Superintendent of Building is empowered to make all interpretations concerning the provisions of this Code.
