SEC. 98.0703. ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.

(Amended by Ord. No. 185,587, Eff. 7/16/18.) The Superintendent is authorized to administer and enforce the provisions of this division. The Superintendent of Building or anyone designated by the Superintendent may exercise any enforcement powers as provided in Chapter IX of the LAMC.
