2.50.045 Staff; rules and regulations; decisions.

A. The building official or designee shall serve as staff to the board. B. The board may adopt reasonable rules and regulations for conducting its business. Copies of all rules or regulations adopted by the board shall be delivered to the building official, who shall make them freely available to the public. C. The board shall render all decisions and findings in writing to the parties and the building official. (Ord. 2025-0002 § 3)
