5.150.540 Fees.

A. The following cannabis cultivation permit program fees are established and imposed: 1. Class A cannabis cultivation permit program fee; 2. Class B cannabis cultivation permit program fee; and 3. Class C cannabis cultivation permit program fee. 4. Class D cannabis cultivation permit program fee. B.
