8.70.010 Definitions.

The following definitions apply in this chapter: "Air quality index" means the current air quality index for particulate matter measuring 2.5 micrometers or less (Current PM2.5 AQI) for downtown Sacramento, as reported by the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District. If an air quality index for downtown Sacramento is not available, the index for the nearest geographical location will apply. "Portable blower" means a portable machine that emits a concentrated stream of air and is typically used in landscape maintenance to push, propel, or blow dirt, dust, leaves, grass clippings, trimmings, green waste, solid waste, or debris.
