14A-1-103.2 Terms.
As used in the Chicago Construction Codes, the terms "building official" and "authority having jurisdiction" mean the Commissioner of Buildings or the Commissioner’s authorized representative. (Amend Coun. J. 7-24-19, p. 3646, § 9)
