10-20-390 Definitions.
For purposes of this article, the following definitions shall apply: "Commercial driveway" means any Class B driveway as specified in section 10-20-420 of this Code. "Commissioner" means the city's commissioner of transportation. "Long-term leaseholder" means a person holding a lease, with a minimum term of 10 years, for a property to which a driveway is connected or to be connected. (Added Coun.
