10-20-810 Authority to cite.
In addition to the powers otherwise granted by this Code and other applicable law, the commissioner of transportation and the executive director of emergency management and communications, and, where applicable, the commissioner of business affairs and consumer protection, shall have the authority to issue citations for violations of this chapter.
