10-28-700 Removal of benches.
Any person who maintains any advertising bench upon the public way without a contract and permit as provided in this ordinance must remove such bench within 90 days of the effective date of this ordinance. Thereafter, all such benches shall be subject to removal pursuant to this article. (Added Coun. J. 12-19-90, p. 28705)
