10-8-240 Vehicles drawn over curb.
No person shall push, draw, ride or drive any horse, cart, wagon or other vehicle across or over the pavement curbing on any public way in the city, where no provision has been made for crossing such curbing by the construction of a suitable driveway or crossing. (Prior code § 36-25)
