10-8-390 Obstructing public improvements.
Any person who shall hinder or obstruct the making or repairing of any public improvement or work ordered by the city council or being done for the city under lawful authority shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $10.00 nor more than $100.00. (Prior code § 36-37)
