10-8-405 Sale items to be displayed within property lines.

It shall be unlawful for any person to display for sale any goods, wares or merchandise under the provisions of Sections 10-8-401 through 10-8-404 beyond the property line of the premises on which an occasional sale is permitted. Articles for sale may be displayed inside the garage, inside the back yard or on a side driveway of the premises if such driveway exists. (Added Coun. J. 7-31-96, p. 26900, § 2)
