14B-11-1108 Special occupancies.

The provisions of Section 1108 of IBC are adopted by reference with the following modification: 1. Add a new Section 1180.2.9.2 to read: "1108.2.9.2 Raised platform. In banquet rooms or spaces where a head table or speaker’s lectern is located on a raised platform, an accessible route shall be provided to the platform. Open edges of a raised platform shall be protected by placement of tables or by a curb."
