11-18-010 Title and purpose.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Chicago Stormwater Management Ordinance". It is hereby declared to be the policy of the City to promote programs that minimize the negative stormwater impacts of new development and redevelopment. (Added Coun. J. 12-13-06, p. 95586, § 1)
