15-4-254 Sawdust, shavings and excelsior.

A hazardous materials license, as specified in Section 4-6-210, shall be required to keep or store for the purpose of selling at wholesale or retail, sawdust, shavings, excelsior or other similar flammable materials. (Added Coun. J. 2-7-96, p. 15616; Amend Coun. J. 6-6-12, p. 28356, § 40)
