17-1-0701 The city may establish submittal requirements, review procedures and design/development guidelines to supplement this Zoning Ordinance. These documents are referred to collectively as the Development Manual. 17-1-0702 The Development Manual must be approved by the Zoning Administrator and made available for distribution, purchase or public inspection in the Department of Planning and Development.
