18-14-101.5 Enforcement.

(a) The Chief Sustainability Officer is authorized to enforce this chapter. The Chief Sustainability Officer is also authorized to adopt rules and regulations for the proper administration and enforcement of this Chapter. (b) Any person who violates this Chapter may be subject to a fine of up to $100.00 for the first violation, and an additional fine of up to $25.00 for each day that the violation continues.
