18-28-1103.3.2 High-probability systems.

Direct systems and indirect open-spray systems shall be classified as high-probability systems. Exception: An indirect open-spray system shall not be required to be classified as a high-probability system if the pressure of the secondary coolant is at all times (operating and standby) greater than the pressure of the refrigerant.
