18-28-308.10 Masonry fireplaces.

The clearance reduction methods specified in Table 18-28-308.6 shall not be used to reduce the clearances required for masonry fireplaces as specified in Article 8 of this chapter and Chapter 21 of the Chicago Building Code. (Amend Coun. J. 9-14-21, p. 35949, Art. III, § 6)
