18-28-502.8.8.3 Piping and controls - stationary tanks.

Filling or dispensing connections on indoor stationary tanks shall be provided with a means of local exhaust. Such exhaust shall be designed to capture fumes and vapors. The exhaust shall be directed to a treatment system where required by the Chicago Fire Prevention Code. (Amend Coun. J. 9-14-21, p. 35949, Art. V, § 7)
