18-29-107.1 General.

It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, alter, repair, remove or utilize a plumbing system in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. Enforcement of this chapter and penalties for violations of this chapter shall be as set forth in Chapter 14A-3 of the Municipal Code. (Amend Coun. J. 7-29-15, p. 3537, § 5; Amend Coun.
