18-29-805.4.1 Use and permit.

The use of manholes shall be determined by the metropolitan water reclamation district and the department of water management. The department of water management will require a permit for the repair, adjustment, construction or cleaning of sewers or sewer structures. (Amend Coun. J. 11-8-12, p. 38872, § 368)
