2-152-074 Family medical leave.

Any person employed by the City of Chicago shall be eligible for the benefits conferred by the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (29 U.S.C. 2601, et seq.) and regulations promulgated under that Act. (Added Coun. J. 11-15-06, p. 92005, § 1)
