2-156-148 Education program.

The board of ethics is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations which shall establish and implement a program to educate persons subject to this chapter about their duties and responsibilities hereunder. The board shall offer an ethics education seminar for city officials and employees on as many occasions as necessary to accommodate the requirements of this chapter. (Added Coun.
