2-158-080 Eligible parcels.

The City Surplus Land Parcels eligible for sale pursuant to this Article II shall be designated from time to time by ordinance passed by the city council. Such ordinance may designate parcels individually or as a group. (Added Coun. J. 11-19-08, p. 47220, Art. IV, § 3)
