2-16-040 Animal euthanasia policy.

The Executive Director shall develop a written animal euthanasia policy that is consistent with applicable law and professional standards. Such policy shall specify the grounds for selecting animals for euthanasia and humane procedure for conducting animal euthanasia. (Added Coun. J. 2-28-18, p. 65921, § 1)
