2-29-020 Establishment - Composition.

There is hereby established an office of the government of the city to be known as the office of emergency management and communications. The office shall include the executive director of emergency management and communications and such other personnel as may be provided for in the annual appropriation ordinance. All employees of the office shall be under the direction and supervision of the executive director of emergency management and communications and shall perform such duties as may be required of them by the executive director or by the provisions of this Code.
