2-36-720 Resignation.

No member of the uniformed service, under penalty of forfeiture of any salary or wages which may be due such member, shall withdraw or resign from the department, except with the permission of the fire commissioner. (Added Coun. J. 5-18-16, p. 24131, § 2)
