2-36-730 Separation from service - Return of property.

Whenever any member of the uniformed service permanently separates from the fire department, such member shall immediately deliver his badge, and all other city property in his possession, to the proper department officer. (Added Coun. J. 5-18-16, p. 24131, § 2)
