2-44-010 Establishment - Composition.

There is hereby established an executive department of the municipal government of the City, which shall be known as the Department of Housing. The Department shall include the Commissioner of Housing, and such deputies, assistants and other employees as may be provided for in the annual appropriation ordinance. (Added Coun.
