2-60-060 Drafting of ordinances and documents.

The corporation counsel shall draft such ordinances as may be required of him by the city council or by any committee thereof. He shall draw any deeds, leases, contracts, or other papers required by the business of the city, when requested so to do by the mayor, the city council, or the head of any department.
