2-68-020 Chief Information Officer - Appointment and authority.
The Chief Information Officer shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. The Chief Information Officer shall have management and control of all matters and activities pertaining to the Department of Technology and Innovation. (Added Coun. J. 11-15-23, p. 6542, Art. I, § 7)
