2-8-120 Rules.
The Committee on Committees and Rules shall have the authority, subject to the approval of the City Council, to adopt such rules as are necessary for the effective implementation and enforcement of Section 2-8-050, Section 2-8-051, Section 2-8-070 and Section 2-8-110.
