2-92-400 Compliance with Sections 2-92-330 and 2-92-390 - Reports.

For construction contracts having an estimated contract value of $100,000.00 or more which are directly supervised by the City of Chicago, the Chief Procurement Officer shall report during the first quarter of each calendar year at a public hearing before the City Council Committee on Contracting Oversight and Equity, to detail compliance and the methods used to achieve compliance with the requirements of Sections 2-92-330 and 2-92-390 of this chapter for the prior calendar year. A written copy of this testimony shall be made available to the public by the Chief Procurement Officer. For construction projects funded in part with federal revenues as described in Section 2-92-330(a) of this chapter, the head of each department which supervises such a project shall report during the first quarter of each calendar year at a public hearing before the City Council Committee on Contracting Oversight and Equity to detail compliance and the methods used to achieve compliance with the requirements of Sections 2-92-330 and 2-92-390 of this chapter for the prior calendar year.
