14C-3-1.0 General.

The provisions of Part 1 of ASME A17.1 are adopted by reference with the following modification: 1. Revise the definition of "installation, existing" in section 1.3 to read: "installation, existing: an installation that was legally permitted by the authority having jurisdiction prior to the effective date of this ordinance."
