14X-3-301.4 Mailbox receptacles.

The owner of any multi-unit residential building shall provide for each residential unit a secure mail receptacle that complies with all applicable U.S. Postal Service rules and regulations. This section shall not apply where such receptacles are not required by the United States Postal Service. (Added Coun. J. 5-20-26, p. 43263, § 2)
