14A-3-312.5 Costs.
All costs of demolition, repair, enclosure, or removal incurred by the City, including court costs, attorney’s fees, and other enforcement costs are recoverable from the owner and are a lien on the real estate as provided by law. (Amend Coun. J. 7-24-19, p. 3646, § 16)
