14B-33-3307 Protection of adjoining property.

The provisions of Section 3307 of IBC are adopted by reference with the following modifications: 1. Delete the last two sentences of Section 3307.1. 2. Add a new Section 3307.2 to read: "3307.2 Additional requirements. Excavation work on private property shall comply with Section 406 of the Chicago Construction Codes Administrative Provisions."
