The provisions of Section 3309 of IBC are adopted by reference with the following modification: 1. Revise the first sentence of Section 3309.1 to read: "Structures under construction, alteration or demolition shall be provided with not fewer than one portable fire extinguisher in accordance with Section 906 and sized for not less than ordinary hazard as follows:"
