4-108-020 License - Required.

No person shall engage in the business of a filling station without first having obtained a filling station license. A hazardous materials license shall not be required to perform the activities authorized by a license issued under this chapter. (Added Coun. J. 12-9-92, p. 25465; Amend Coun.
